Does anyone have a suggestion for a license plate mount that attaches to the saddle bag rails?

I looked all over and can’t seem to find one. There are tons that are “side” mounts but I’m looking for something that would mount the plate horizontally to the back of a saddle bag on the rails. Thanks!
