Does anyone have a soft serve ice cream recipe?
Try this, it tasty and creamy 1 liter milk 200 grams cream 400 grams sugar 100 grams chocolate power 100 grams coco powder Boil milk and make it to nearly 800 grams. Then add sugar and let it boil for further 5 minutes… Keep it for cooling. Add cream and mix it properly with spoon. Then add coco and chocolates powder and mix properly. If u are using ice cream maker add ice and sugar in the outer vessel and chill the metal bowl.Then pour mixture in ice cream maker and start it. Let the icecream maker run for 30 – 40 minutes and the ice cream will be ready. Remove the ice cream and keep it in a container in the freeze. If u are preparing ice cream in the freeze than churn the mixture 2/3 times before it settles completely to avoid having icy taste. U can try different flavours as per your choice.
