Does anyone have a simple recipe for ice cream using cornflour and milk?
MINT REFRESHER INGREDIENTS 600 ml Milk (preferably 7% fats) 250 gms Cream 150 gms Sugar 3 teaspoons Cournflour 3 tablespoon Mint Leaves crushed in mixer with little milk Vanilla Slice Cakes METHOD: * Take a cup of milk in a bowl * Dissolve Cornflour completely in milk to avoid lump formation and keep aside * Heat the remaining milk * When it starts boiling, add Sugar and cornflour mixture * Stir and boil for 5 minutes * Allow it to cool to room temperature * Add Cream and crushed mint * Stir and pour in SOFTEL (Or any ice-cream maker machine) to churn till it becomes firm. Set in Freezer for some time PRESENTATION PROCESS: Take a Champagne Glass and place the Vanilla cake in it. Place the Scoop of Mint Ice-cream over it. Arrange small Pineapple pieces along the sides of the glass Topple a cherry over the Ice-cream scoop and place a wafer biscuit READY TO SERVE – EAT AND RELISH THE TASTE OF THE YUMMY “SOFTEL” TREAT!
