Does anyone have a recipe for thin crust samolina pizza base?
yes, 400g plain flour 25g olive oil 100mls water(tepid) 25g fresh yeast 5g sugar pinch of salt 50g semolina mix water,yeast and sugar.put aside and leave in a warm place until little white bubbles start to form.while this is happening mix the other ingredients together.then combine every thing mix untill it becomes a smooth dough,leave to prove.Once it has doubled in size(aprox),need it ,divide it shape it for pizza,s ,and prove a second time.then top and cook.
