I use this frosting all the time when I make my pink and white checkerboard cake , for frosting 2 cups of soft margarine 8 cups of powdered sugar pink food coloring ,put margarine in a big mixing bowl ,gradually beat the powdered sugar add some pink food coloring mix well makes a beautiful pink frosting for decorating a cake.
