Does anyone have a recipe for making coconut easter marshmallow bunnies from scratch?
Marsmallows are fairly simple to make but can be time consuming. I have just started making them myself and have been impressed by the results. Below is the basic recipe that I use, and can be easily modified for different flavors. I have never tried using molds for marshmallows, but know that it can be done. I imagine that you could put the coconut in the molds before putting in the marshmallow fluff and on top once you have filled them and that it would stick to the outside. You could also use smaller bunny shaped cookie cutters instead of a mold. Give them a try – I think you will be pleased and surprised by the results.
