Drop Cocoa Oatmeal Cookies These are a baked chocolate oatmeal cookie. We add nuts and coconut to ours List of Ingredients * 2/3 c. melted butter * 1-1/4 c. milk * 1-1/4 c. sugar * 1-1/2 tsp vanilla * 1 egg * 1-1/4 c. flour * 1/2 tsp. salt * 1/2 tsp baking powder * 1/3 c. cocoa * 2 c. oatmeal Instructions 1. Combine all ingredients, adding coconut or nuts if desired. 2. Drop by spoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet 3.
