I don’t have a real recipe, but I’ve done it on those Boboli ready made pizza crusts… =half a dozen scrambled eggs =sausage or canadian bacon (cooked) =bag of pregrated “pizza blend” cheese =a box of frozen spinach, thawed, and sqeezed of it’s liquid I just layer it all on the Boboli crust and bake it until the cheese it gooey and is starting to get golden on the edges! It’s a great brunch item.
