Does anyone have a really good french dip recipe?

The funny thing is that I’m making this recipe in my crock pot as I type! 3-4 pound beef roast 1 can Campbell’s beef stock 1 can Campbell’s French onion soup 1 can of beer salt and pepper to taste Trim the excess fat from the steak then season with salt and pepper and put into a crock pot. Next just pour all three cans in the crock pot. I cook on high for a few hours then turn it to low until it’s just falling apart. I shred the beef and serve on toasted hoagie rolls with provolone or Gruyere cheese and the au jus on the side to dip. Since it cooks a long time, you don’t have any “soup” taste to the au jus. This is one of my favorite recipes. My husband is the one who actually tried it out first.
