Bake until half done-lightly browned, about three minutes. Transfer to a cookie sheet. Bake in 400 degree oven until done (about 5 to 10 minutes) or use broiler for about 1 minute to finish cooking. OR NAAN 10 oz. all-purpose flour 1 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. sugar 1 tbsp. cooking oil 1 egg, lightly beaten 55 ml milk 1. Mix together the flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, soda into a large bowl. 2. Add cooking oil and egg and stir into the mixture. 3. Add enough milk to form a stiff dough.
