Does anyone have a pet goat?
I got a Fainting goat when he was 2 months old. He was one of the best pets I ever had. I lived on several acres. He kept escaping from his pin and eventually was free roaming on our land. He luckily never left the property. The only thing that bothered me is that he would get into the horse feed all the time and up until he turned 2 he liked to chase people and head butt them really hard-left bruises on my legs. I asked a vet about neutering him and they said they do it like neutering a dog. He was basically like a dog. He followed me around like one. If you are in an area that you are not sure if they allow those types of pets, you need to get that info 1st. You will need tall fencing wherever you plan to keep them. Good luck.
