Okay, so I searched for copycat recipes for like ten minutes and had no luck. I did figure out what Tim Hortons is, though. Anyway, the closest I got was the link below, and unfortunately it doesn’t give the recipe. She just says that they taste like the Tim Horton cookies… She did list the ingredients, though, so I tried some measurments and made some myself to taste. They aren’t as peanut buttery as I like, but then again I’m not one for flour in my peanut butter cookies. — 8 minutes later… wait! Okay, so I dug around a little more and managed to get that recipe! So it’s on the second link. I hope they turn out the way you want them! And if you ever want really peanut buttery cookies, but don’t have a bunch of ingredients… 1 c. sugar 1 c. peanut butter 1 egg Mix, and then form into medium-size (-ish, it doesn’t really matter) balls. These are the best I’ve ever had. PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES 3 ¾ cups Flour ¾ tsp Baking soda 1 ½ tsp Baking powder ¾ tsp Salt 1 ½ cups Margarine, softened 1 ½ cups Peanut Butter 1 ½ cups Sugar 1 ½ cups Brown sugar, packed 3 Eggs 1 Tbsp Vanilla 1. Mix flour, soda, baking powder and salt, set aside 2. In large bowl cream margarine and peanut butter 3. Add both sugars a little at a time creaming thoroughly after each addition 4. Beat in eggs, stir in vanilla 5. Add flour mixture in 2 or 3 portions, mixing smooth after each addition 6. Chill dough 1 hour or more 7. Preheat oven to 375 8. Shape dough into 1 inch balls, place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet 9. Press balls lightly with tines of fork making a cross pattern 10. Bake 10-12 minutes 11.
