Does anyone have a low or non-fat recipe for Garlic Confetti Mashed Potatoes?

Ingredients 1 1/2lbs Baking potatoes,scrubbed 7 Garlic cloves,peeled 1/3c. Low-fat(1%) milk 2 tbsp. Butter 1/2tsp. Salt 1/4tsp. Freshly ground pepper Preparation 1. Preheat oven to 425. 2. Pierce the potatoes several times with a fork. Wrap the garlic in foil. Place the potatoes and garlic on a baking sheet. Bake until the potatoes pierceeasily with a fork and the garlic is softened, about 45min. Let cool until comfortable to handle, about 10min. 3. Slit the potatoes with a knife and using a spoon, scoop out the flesh; transfer to a bowl. Mash the garlic with a fork and combine in a small saucepan with the milk, butter, salt, and pepper. Heat the garlic mixture until hot. Pour over the potatoes and mash until smooth.
