Does anyone have a list or some names of Asset Management Companies who use res.net?
There are many Asset Mgt. Companies out there, and as has been mentioned, you can merely do a Google search for them. There are classes on how to get on the lists and strategies, how to write up your request for inclusion, and they’re fine. But what is important to bear in mind is that now is late in the game and the A.M. companies out there already have a list of realtors that they work with. So, as attrition of realtors progresses, as they weed out the ones they don’t want to work with, then the doors open to new names to try out. Two years ago is when the “gates were open,” not now (in Southern California).
