Does anyone have a great suggestion for a meeting place and team building activity?
Hi Nancy, Team building activities need to be active and engaging, which can be a challenge for a larger group of people. Some of my favorite activities involve a bit of friendly competition between groups (you have an even number of people so splitting people into groups should be no problem). I like to do structure building challenges (e.g. building the highest tower, longest bridge, strongest load bearing structure, etc) out of off beat materials (e.g. paper, toothpicks and marshmallows, etc). You can up the ante by having people do these activities without talking or by having one member of the group blindfolded and taking instructions from others.
