Does anyone have a good small business scanning software recommendation?
I am looking for recommendations on scanning software for PC that will allow me to file various documents electronically. Single user, mostly filing accounting/admin stuff (bills, invoices, contracts) Here’s the features I am looking for: – I would like the ability put a stack of unrelated paper documents(ex bills from various vendors) into my scanner, have them all scan in, quickly review and file in appropriate folders. – Would like them searchable through Windows OS search and/or Google Desktop Search – Ideally would recognize bills from same vendor and pre-fill category – Tagging/categorization – Output to PDF Not interested in the Neat brand products (don’t need the hardware) but from online demo, that looks pretty close.
