YELLOW CAKE 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour 2 cups white sugar 2 teaspoons baking powder 4 eggs 1 cup vegetable oil 3/4 cup orange juice 2 teaspoons vanilla extract Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease and flour a 9×13 inch pan. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, sugar and baking powder. Make a well in the center and pour in the eggs, oil, orange juice and vanilla. Mix well and pour into prepared pans. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. Allow to cool.
