Does anyone have a delicious recipe for Monkey Bread?

Monkey Bread I INGREDIENTS * 3 (12 ounce) packages refrigerated biscuit dough * 1 cup white sugar * 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon * 1/2 cup margarine * 1 cup packed brown sugar * 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional) * 1/2 cup raisins DIRECTIONS 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease one 9 or 10 inch tube pan. 2. Mix white sugar and cinnamon in a plastic bag. Cut biscuits into quarters. Shake 6 to 8 biscuit pieces in the sugar cinnamon mix. Arrange pieces in the bottom of the prepared pan. Continue until all biscuits are coated and placed in pan. If using nuts and raisins, arrange them in and among the biscuit pieces as you go along. 3. In a small saucepan, melt the margarine with the brown sugar over medium heat. Boil for 1 minute. ~Monkey Bread~ Ingredients: 1/4 t. salt 4 c. flour 1 beaten egg 1 packet dry yeast 1/4 c. warm water 1/2 c. butter melted 3/4 c. lukewarm milk 1/4 c. sugar 1/4 c. shortening melted sugar and cinnamon to taste Directions: 1. Dissolve yeast in the warm water and let stand about 5 minutes. 2. Stir in the warm milk it should be about the same temperature as the water, sugar and salt. 3. Add the eggs and shortening then stir in half the flour. 4. Add more flour until it becomes too stiff to mix with the spoon. 5. Turn out the dough on a well floured surface and knead about 10 minutes until dough is smooth and elastic adding more flour as needed. 6. Place in a greased bowl and then cover with a damp cloth and let rise until doubled in size. 7. Punch the dough down and let rise again until doubled. 8. Break off small pieces of dough and roll into small walnut sized balls. 9. When all the dough has been formed into balls about 40 to 45 roll each in melted butter and then in sugar cinnamon mixt
