Does anyone have a chocolate fudge recipe?
This is my favorite fudge and it was my Mom’s recipe. It’s not as easy as marshmallow fudge, but I think it tastes a lot better: 1/2 Tbs. light corn syrup 1 cup granulated sugar 1/2 cup milk 1 rounded Tbs. cocoa powder pinch salt 1 Tbs. butter 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract 1/2 cup black walnuts Mix together first 5 ingredients and cook quickly until it form a soft ball (236 degrees). Remove from heat and add butter (do not stir). Cool to 110 degrees. Beat until it just starts to loose it’s gloss and add vanila and nuts, quickly stirring them in. Pour onto well buttered plate.
