Does anyone freeze roasted vegetables? Do they taste good once they are reheated?

Freezing roasted vegitables is a bad idea. It changes the water crystals that are still in the vegetables. When the vegetables are reheated they cannot hold their structures and it damages the original tastes. It all turns to not so good tasting mush.
