No, it’s not in the slightest bit suspicious. Come on people, SHE HAS PRIVATE TUTORS, the girl is getting what amounts to an expensive private school education. She can’t just skip her homework or play hookey like a normal kid might, and she has near one on one attention from her teachers. 25% of people get top grades at A-Level, and that’s in regular schools, which are not what they used to be.
