Does anyone feed a Grain-Free dog food?
Your puppy might be allergic to grain, but it might be something else. She could, like my golden mix puppy, be allergic to one of the proteins in the kibble. Try switching to a grain-free, very gradually, and give it at least a month. If she is not showing signs of improvement, try using a single protein kibble that differs from the previous protein. Try fish or lamb or bison, anything that is isolated and new. She could just be allergic to chicken, turkey, beef, whatever protein she was previously eating. In regard to your comment on protein, I think those thought are a bit outdated. High protein diets do not make pups grow too fast and at 11 months your pup is just about done growing anyway. (She will to continue to fill out, but you can expect her to stay about that size.) Pups, especially large breeds, should not be feed high
