Does anyone elses Xbox 360 crash when playing games in HD, with no warning lights?
I’ve been having the same problem. I bought my 360 in May of 06 and never had a problem with crashing until I played morrowind, and then it was only occasional. I got fallout 3 a week ago and it was running flawlessly until a couple of days ago. I heard a loud, short buzzing sound and the game froze on the spot. I shut it down for 5 minutes and attempted to restart and got the dreaded 3 red lights. I disconnected and reconnected everything to no avail. The error code is 0102, which is unknown currently, but probably has something to do with the ram or gpu. The last thing I tried was switching the AV from HDTV to standard and it worked like a charm. I played for a good 20 minutes (looked horrible, though) and decided to attempt HDTV again. I didn’t even make it past the start up screen before I got the same buzz and freeze up.
