Does anyone else watch “Throwdown with Bobby Flay”?

I really like this show, but I always wonder about how the person/people who are being challenged find out that they aren’t getting their own show or special but instead it was a set-up for a throw down. I just saw one where these two women thought they were getting their own show to spotlight food from Venezuela, and they of course learned that this wasn’t the case when Bobby showed up and challenged them to a throw down. I’m sure they are flattered, but isn’t being told you are getting your own FN show a huge deal for a chef, cook or restaurant owner and doesn’t is seem unfair that they are let down to find out it was all a set-up and there is no show or special? I just feel sad for the people that think they are getting a show, and then learn they aren’t. It’s even worse when they lose to Bobby after the first let down.
