Does anyone else think harry potter 5th film was crap?
Yah, I agree. Harry Potter was good only when the kids were young and cute. As they get older, it’s not as much fun, because everything gets too dang serious. I found that Rowling got way too serious in her books. So as Harry gets older, gets more mature, closer to being an adult, then he’s got to take on adult issues of Voldemort being able to actually kill him. So then Harry has to learn to kill Voldemort. not as fun as when getting turned into a half-toad or something like that. There’s soooooo much stuff in the later books, that it’s hard to put it all into the movies. This recent movie (5) is almost a ‘bridge-between’, because it’s got to get you to a better movie when things get grittier and hopefully more stuff in it. There are some good parts in #5, but I think the kids growing up is making it harder to remain charmed by the whole storyline.
