Does anyone else have rhinitus and use steroid nasal spray ?
Depends on what it is from. Generally you do not use a nasal steroid or any steroid for a long period of time. If you do you can get what is called a rebound nasal congestion when you stop using it, and using any steroid too long can lead to tissue wasting and even diabetes. If it is from allergies you can see your doctor for some allergy meds. If you haven’t tried them, I would try Claritin or Zyrtec (both are over the counter). Claritin shouldn’t make you drowsy, but Zyrtec does for some people.
