Does anyone else get headaches and coldness with dieting?

Are you positive that this is a healthy and safe diet? Some crash diets can cause those side-effects but usually normal ones don’t. Irritableness can be a result of lack of food, and some foods are actually shown to stimulate good emotions. Without some of the foods that you ate in the past, you may be more prone to moodiness. Coldness is usually from poor circulation, which a lot of thinner Americans have to deal with. I don’t see how that would relate to losing weight though unless it is a very significant amount. The headaches could be from lack of water and/or food. Dehydration can happen a lot of times while dieting because many drink when they eat. Not eating as much can therefore decrease your intake of fluids. Just, watch yourself…
