Does anyone else get hacked off by deaf signers on TV programmes?
Personally, I don’t like signers in the corner of the TV screen and I have often wondered why signing is seen more often now as opposed to subtitling. Having now read some of the responses to your question, I understand why signing is more beneficial. Also it is usually stated if a programme is signed, so I choose not to watch. Perhaps you ought to do the same.
