Does anybody what they are building right next to the fordham metro north station?
Well, the Fordham Center across the street is a newish renovation. Might be Fordham U related if it’s on the Metro North Side. But in general that area is doing a lot of construction. Last time I walked there and turned right to little italy, I saw a plethora of new housing targeted at students. It seemed to come outta nowhere lol. Also further down towards the Botanical Gardens I’ve heard they will be doing some major stuff, since that area seems to comprise mainly auto related stores, gas stations etc. The whole area is changing.
