Does anybody know where to get Scotch Bonnets?
sascha “the reductionist” b. says: Unlikely you’ll find true scotch bonnets right now; they aren’t much locally grown, and they aren’t in season yet. You should be able to replace them with fresh hababeros, though, which are available all over the place. Not quite the same flavor profile, but very close (they are the same species of pepper). Try the Mission Safeway.
