Does anybody know where I can find a list of all the different nationalities in Scotland?
1. It is unlikely that you could get a comprehensive breakdown of nationalities, since most official records are based on ethnicity or language. Thus you might never know how many US citizens there are in Scotland. Also the situation changes rapidly, and the numbers of new arrivals from Eastern Europe will have increased noticeably, in the last few years. 2. ETHNICITY The census now collects ethnicity data, but note that (a) broad categories are used, and (b) being any of those categories does not exclude British citizenship.
