Does anybody know what is newtons second law of motion?

Newton’s Second Law of Motion states that the rate of change of momentum of a body is directly proportional to the net external force acting on the body, and the change occurs in the direction of the net external force. F=dp/dt p=mv =>F=mdv/dt+vdm/dt for nonrelativistic regime we may ignore the second term as mass remains constant F=mdv/dt=ma in other words the force acting on a body is given by the product of its rest mass and the acceleration inflicted upon it. an interesting thing about this law is that it contains both the first as well as Newton’s second law!
