Does anybody know of any websites that can predict the weather a month or so in advance?
It is almost impossible to predict a month into the future. The Weather Network predicts 14 days into advance which is titled the 14 Day Trend. It changes frequently so check it often if you want accuracy. The Weather Channel predicts 10 days into advance if you need that. There is also AccuWeather who predicts 15 days into advance and gives lots of detail. If you wish to have a detailed long range forecast into advance, I suggest AccuWeather because it is pretty accurate. Here are the links if you wish to visit any of the sites. Note that The Weather Network only does the 14 Day forecast for cities in the Canada forecasting area and the same for The Weather Channel with the United States forecasting area.
