Does anybody know of any Small Business loans or Grant specifically for minority or Women owned companies?

We are looking for a small loan or grant of $50,000 for our business. We are a minority (hispanic) and a woman owned company. If anyone knows of an organization or group that makes those types of funds available, please let me know.
