Does anybody know of a Yorkie-poo or toy poodle breeder in VA?
Teacup is a fancy term for runt. They aren’t the healthiest and tend to rack in the vet bills. Toy is the category these breeds are classed as – the only breeds i know with Toy in the name is Toy Poodle. Yorkie-poo is not a true breed. Yes it is a mutt/mongrel/mix but if you get it from a person who bred them, as opposed to a shelter, at least you know what you are getting as far as health and parent temperament goes. If you want a mixed breed, don’t be conned into buying them for any high price. Research so you know what you are getting and make sure the person can provide proper health records for parent dogs, puppies, and can take the puppy back if you can’t keep it (IE makes up a contract.) It’s best to adopt but be careful that they health and behavior screen the dog so you know if there are any underlying problems of any kind. P.S. – There can be “responsible” breeders even if they aren’t “reputable.” They both do the same genetic tests to make sure the dogs are healthy, they bot
