You cannot access criminal records – these are held on the Police National Computer and, without going into the detail of how the Criminal Records Bureau works (it’s operated by a private contractor under contract to the Home Office), the PNC is not legally or physically accessible outside of the Police National Network (also operated under contract to the Home Office.).
