Does anybody know of a cream cheese pineapple wonton recipe? I ONLY want this kind!?
Pineapple Coconut Napoleons 4 serving(s) Ingredients: 1 can (20 oz.) DOLE® Pineapple Slices 3/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons brown sugar, divided 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon 12 wonton wrappers 1 package (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened 1/4 cup canned cream of coconut 1/4 cup toasted macadamia nuts, coarsely chopped 2 tablespoons butter or margarine 1/4 cup flaked coconut, toasted Drain pineapple slices; reserve 1/4 cup juice. Preparation: Combine 1/4 cup sugar and cinnamon in small bowl. Spray both sides of wonton wrappers with cooking spray then dredge in sugar-cinnamon mixture.
