If it is just dust, vaccuuming would have been best. Now that you have already gotten it wet, I’m afraid you will be washing them again. Use a large sponge & rinse it often. Dump your bucket of water and get clean water as it looks cloudy. You may have to wash it down twice to get the film off. Next time you run into this, try vaccuuming first. That is what the tile company recommended I do.

Try a painters “Tack Rag”, it is a gauze fabric, impregnated with an adhesive, that when rubbed/wiped over a surface, will pick up loose dust.
