Does anybody know how to cook the perfectest roast chicken?
Here are some of my favorite recipes: Roast Chicken This will make the most juicy, well seasoned chicken ever. Your guests will love it. It only takes 10 minutes to get it ready & 2 hours later it’s fall off the bone tender, juicy & delicious! 1 whole chicken 1/3 cup white wine 1/3 cup chicken broth 1 medium onion, cut into 3-4 pieces 4 whole garlic cloves 2 tablespoons butter, room temperature Rosemary Thyme Sage Black pepper Turn the oven on to 350*. Remove the giblet bag. Rinse the chicken with water, inside & out. Pat dry with paper towel. Make the herb butter by stirring in 2 teaspoon rosemary, 1 teaspoon thyme, ½ teaspoon pepper & sage. Loosen the skin over the breast & thighs & rub some of the herb butter mixture under the skin. Put more herbs into the cavity of the chicken (Rosemary 3 teaspoon dried – Thyme 2 teaspoon dried – Sage 1 teaspoon dried). Fill cavity with onion & garlic.
