Does anybody know how to access/store the CINEMA mode service menu parameters on this set?

Above the whitebalance parameters in the service menu the word “Normal” is visible – whhich is quite confusing since changes at stored in the DYNAMIC profile and since I can not find a way to change the “Normal” label… All inputs are greatly appreciated.
