Does anybody know free car show in London?
There is a yearly free motor show at Canary Wharf which is called ‘MotorExpo’ and is very popular, but this year’s event has passed already (it was in June). It usually lasts for around 1 week and features a wide variety of different manufacturers, with emphasis on sports, luxury and unusual cars. A few motorcylce manufacturers also attend. This year’s show featured 16 UK debuts, including the Aprilia RSV4 Factory, Aston Martin DBS Volante and V12 Vantage, Jaguar XFR and XKR, the full 2010 Land Rover line-up, Mercedes-Benz E-Class, Piaggio MP3 LT 400cc, etc At the 2009 show there were also opportunities to drive the electric Tesla sportscar and the latest BMW Z4. The cars are displayed in both the indoor and outdoor public areas of the Canary Wharf. Although there is no Autumn show, next year’s event is already in the diary for Monday 7th – Sunday 13th June 2010 and there’s much more info to be found at http://www.motorexpo.com/.
