Does anybody here take Ginseng or Guarana?
Both Ginseng and Guarana are natural energy boosters and immune system boosters. Ginseng is an adaptogen; it builds stamina and vitality, and helps to fight stress. Guarana has similar qualities. Both increase mental alertness. I take Ginseng, which I love. When I worked in a hospital in night shifts, Guarana came handy. It is much safer to use than caffeine tablets or drinking coffee. It is best to take guarana capsules than guarana soft drinks which just mess up your body’s balance. If you have high blood pressure, thyroid or kidney problems, or you suffer from anxiety Guarana and Ginseng are not recommended.
