Does anybody have any suggestions on easing excruciating knee pain???
i have had knee pain in some form for nearly 30 years now and hav taken morphine for about 10 years i also had to wait about 10mths for an operation to remove my knee caps as i had fallen pregnant so i can empathise with you some of it is mind set this pain that you have is out of control and ultimately you need an urgent appointment to review your medication however you are going to have to rest as much as you can as this injury is not going to go away or improve without surgery to help you as much as i can please add what medication you are taking if you would as it will help with what to do when more than anything you need to sleep as much as you can as you are only going to get tearful if you are not able to sleep when your body tells you it needs to.
