Does anybody have any good vegan cake recipes?
i have one in which is a good one my family eat a load of this Dundee cake 8oz of mixed dried fruit 8oz of Self Raising flour 3oz of margarine i use olive oil marg but any will do 3 eggs 2teaspoonsful of castor sugar 2 teaspoonsful of mixed spice 2 teaspoonsful of nutmeg 4 oz shreddred coconut method mix the marg with the sugar and spices then add the eggs followed by the flour add in any order you like of the fruit etc mix well put it in a loaf tin on 200f electric for 45 mins get a fork and if it comes out clean its done
