Does anybody have any ethnic vegetarian recipes?
Indian cooking is devoted to vegetables. They never eat beef, and although they do eat chicken and lamb, many Indian restaurants are entirely vegetarian. Tomatoes, cauliflower, and potatoes figure heavily into their cooking. Here’s one particular favorite: Aloo Gobi.
