Does anybody have any advice/info on chronic lymphatic leukemia?
First, to Missy: Plagiarism is a major copyright violation. You need to source that (although I know where you got it). To Red: First, I’m sorry your mom is going through this. You can take a lot of comfort, though, from the major strides being made in treating all forms of leukemia. One thing that is of tremendous help with chronic diseases like this is support forums and message boards. If your mom has even a little computer savvy, she can log in to these sites and connect with people who have the same condition. Often, these people are as savvy about the disease as the pros! What you could do to help her is google them and find one or two that you think she’d like best. It’s incredible how useful they are and often they result in city or regional get-togethers. They’re also international. I recommend this highly, but it can take a little time to weed through them, so I’d think this would be something you could do for her.
