Poor installation, this has been fitted because it was the cheapest they could get, the installer will not be approved by Ariston, so you will get a minimal guarantee and they will not be fully conversant with the boiler and controls, check the Benchmark (blue and white book, or last page in manual) should be filled in with commissioning performance, cleaner and inhibitor used, temperatures and gas rates, if it is not filled in, or the contents match the data page of the manual, this means it has not been commissioned correctly, ring Corgi and they will soon have them back or off register, if they are registered, you can check if the installer is registered and check with Ariston if the boiler was registered with them for the warranty.
