Does anybody have ADT or Brinks Camera Survelleince System??
Perhaps this can be some sort of guide regarding costs. I didn’t have cameras , only room sensers. The installation and equipment was free. The system was 24hr. monitored by telephone line. I was paying them £27.00 a month for the service. I wasn’t happy with their service because every time the alarm triggered for unknown reasons they would insist on sending an engineer down to check and send me a bill for £70.00 even though they could reset the system over the phone. I kept the system for 5 years and when recently it came about that the police wouldn’t respond to the alarm ,I cancelled the monotoring service. I now use the system as an ordinary house alarm and don’t pay ADT anything.
