Does anybody have a recommendation for an on-line customer service survey geared towards small business?
Don’t have a recommendation for a pre-designed survey, but you can create one yourself with a tool like SurveyMonkey.com; there are other sites with similar tools for making custom-designed surveys. I have not used these myself, only one associated with the University of Washington that is not available to the wider public, but I think the concept is the same. But be careful! A badly designed survey will give you bad information (garbage in, garbage out), and a very badly designed survey will piss off your potential customers. If you have any doubts about what you’re doing, get expert advice!
