Hope it works for you Easy Lemon Pepper Chicken Wings 1 lb chicken wings 1 teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning, amount of seasoning is a personal preference (here in canada i use mccormicks brand) deep fry chicken wings until done. place cooked wings in brown paper bag, or glass bowl, sprinkle on lemon pepper. Make sure to do this when wings are hot out of deep fryer. Lemon-Pepper Chicken Wings Makes: 12 servings 5 lbs. chicken wings or about 4 lbs. chicken drumettes 1/3 cup lemon juice 3 tbs. honey tsp. dried thyme 1 tsp. grated lemon peel 2 tsp. dried peppercorns (black, green, pink, or a combination ), coarsely ground Salt 1.
